We will come into your home and preform a speech therapy evaulation where we will look at your memory, cognition, communication and ability to swollow, After copleting the evaluation, we will sit down with you and your loved ones to come up with an individualized plan on how to best help you reach your  goals. 

We have found that addressing someone’s bowel, bladder and sexual function is often overlooked by healthcare providers, but can be the greatest limiting factor in regaining independence. We have a pelvic health specialist on our team to help address any of these issues you may be experiencing. 

We recognize that you and your family have just had your world flipped upside down and may be experiencing anger, frustration and grief. We want to be able to support you not only physically, but mentally as well. We have found that an individual's mental health is the number one indicator to the overall progress one can achieve!
